Integration.fi online service

Integration.fi, the revised online service of the Centre of Expertise in Immigrant Integration at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, was launched in January 2017. The website will be continuously updated, developed and expanded.

The ministry’s Centre of Expertise in Immigrant Integration is responsible for administering the website.

Service content

The address of the online service is Kotouttaminen.fi (in Finnish) and Integration.fi (in Swedish and English). The Centre of Expertise in Immigrant Integration is responsible for the website. The website is jointly maintained by a web editor, the Centre of Expertise, experts of the ministry's Immigrant Integration Group, and the At Home in Finland project administered by the ELY Centre for Uusimaa. The online service is in Finnish and Swedish, and the most important parts are also available in English.

Functions

RSS services

The news material at Integration.fi online service is available as RSS feeds.

Search

The search function can be accessed from the top menu bar.

Searches target content on the entire website by default. The quick search option searches for all entered search words based on the language selection on the website. The search results are listed by document publishing date.

Feedback

You can send feedback and questions on the Integration.fi website using the feedback form.  You can give feedback about the website via the Feedback button available on each page footer. The feedback is read and processed during office hours, and you will receive the answer within two weeks. Remember to give your contact details. We can only answer you feedback and questions if you have supplied your e-mail address. We prefer e-mail as the channel of communications. You should send all official mail to the ministry's registry (at kirjaamo(at)tem.fi), and all messages concerning the Centre of Expertise to kotouttamisenosaamiskeskus(at)tem.fi.

Internet browsers and terminal devices

The website is responsive, and its content has been scaled to terminal devices. The layout of the pages is best when viewed with the newest browser versions. The website can be viewed with older browser versions, but in this case, all the features may not be in full use.

File downloads and reader applications

You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to read PDF files. The program can be downloaded free of charge.
